Where is Quadrant based?
Quadrant was originally founded and headquartered in Singapore. After we were acquired by Appen in 2021, we shifted our headquarters to the US and Australia. That said, we still keep a strong presence in Singapore, especially with our tech team continuing to operate from there. On top of that, we now have a global footprint with offices across North America, Australia, Indonesia, and India.
How long does it take to get a response after contacting us?
For general inquiries, we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. If you're requesting a meeting, you can book directly at the earliest available time that works for you. If something is urgent, you can either flag your message with “urgent” in the form or reach out to any of our team members on LinkedIn, all linked on our company page.
Do you offer support in different time zones?
Our customer support and client-facing sales team members are based in India, the United States, and Singapore. We have a global customer base spanning multiple time zones, so we’re flexible and overlap across regions. During working days/hours, you can count on having one of our team members available at any time to address urgent queries and leads.
